Safety Mandates & Rider Guidelines
The safety of all participants and spectators is our absolute priority. Please adhere to the following rules.
1. Safety Helmet (Recommended)
Wearing a securely strapped cycling helmet is strongly recommended for all participants for personal head safety and injury prevention across the race course.
2. Medical Clearance & Doctor's Seal
Participants must submit their downloaded pre-filled application form signed and stamped with an official Doctor's seal at the registration desk before collecting their chest/bib number.
3. Bicycle Mechanical Inspection
Bicycles will be inspected by race marshals prior to the race flag-off. Brakes (front & rear), quick-release levers, chain condition, and tires must be in optimal, race-ready mechanical condition.
4. Fair Play & Marshall Compliance
Unsportsmanlike conduct, holding onto escort motorbikes or vehicles, or dangerous deviation from the designated course lane will result in immediate disqualification by the chief commissaire.
A fully equipped emergency medical ambulance team will trail the peloton. In case of cramps, fatigue, or mechanical failure, pull safely to the left shoulder and signal the roving motorcycle marshals.
