By accessing the An Noor Central College 80th Anniversary portal (www.annoorcentralcollege.edu.lk) and registering for events or purchasing commemorative items, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Registrants must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information.

• •Single-Admission QR Codes: All digital admission passes and event QR codes are unique. Each QR code is invalidated immediately upon scanning at the check-in gate. Duplication or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.
• •Verification of Identity: Gate security and event marshals reserve the right to request proof of identification (e.g. National Identity Card or student index) corresponding to the registered name.
• •Transferability: Event registrations are generally non-transferable unless explicit written consent is obtained from the organizing committee.

3. Online Payment Terms

All prices, registration fees, and contributions on this platform are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR).

• Online card payments and wallet transactions are processed securely through Dialog Genie (Dialog Axiata PLC).
• A booking or ticket is considered legally confirmed only when an authorized payment success confirmation is received from the payment gateway.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent transaction attempts will result in the immediate revocation of the associated tickets and possible legal referral.

4. Souvenir Merchandise & Collection

Official 80th Anniversary merchandise (such as anniversary T-shirts, caps, and souvenir magazines) pre-ordered online must be collected in person or by an authorized representative at designated collection counters (An Noor College OBA Office / Event Venue Registration Desk) by presenting the official order reference code and SMS confirmation.

Attendees are required to observe high standards of discipline and respect on school premises:

• Possession of illegal substances, weapons, or disruptive items is strictly prohibited.
• All attendees must abide by directions issued by school authorities, police officers, and OBA event volunteers.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to deny admission or remove any individual engaging in disorderly conduct without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, An Noor Central College, the Old Boys' Association, and its volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in anniversary events or website usage.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
